1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
2 (6oz)cans each tuna, drained & flaked
1/2 c. chopped plum tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped cucumber or sliced pitted ripe olives
6 pita bread halves
Mix mayonnaise and oregano. Stir in tuna, tomatoes, and cucumber or olives. Fill pita bread halves with tuna mixture.
Makes 6 sandwiches
