Zesty Marinade

1/2 c, lemon juice
1/3 c. tabasco jalapeno sauce

Combine all ingredients together in a ziplock bag. Place in meat, good choice is chicken, and marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Discard marinade and use to grill, bake, broil, or saute.
