Creamy Mashed Cauliflower


5 c. cauliflower florets
1 1/2 qt. water
1 clove garlic
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp salt

Steam cauliflower and garlic for 15 minutes or until tender; drain. Blend or food process cauliflower, garlic, mayonnaise, and salt until creamy. Garnish with pepper.
